The Organization of Black Sea Economic CooperationOfficial Partner at the Balkans & Black Sea Cooperation Forum. The international organization based in Istanbul-Turkey, focusing on multilateral political and economic initiatives aimed at fostering cooperation, peace, stability and prosperity in the Black Sea region.
