To the venue
Access to the conference: delegates should hold a valid e-pass which has been provided by email upon their online registration
Security: all areas designated to the conference will be overseen by security-staff. To access the registration area you will need to present your e-pass. E-passes will be checked electronically.
Conference material: Upon presenting your e-pass, you will be receiving your badge and conference material.
Secretariat working hours: May 30th: 10h00-18h00, May 31st: 08h00-18h00, June 1st: 08h00-15h00
Parking: limited parking space is provided free of charge to the lower level of the building. No space guarantee, nor responsibility for vehicles’ security is accepted by the organizers.
Photo & videos: BBSF delegates confirming their acceptance for photo & video shooting and free use of the material for media and communication.
During the conference
Official language: BBSF official language is English, with simultaneous translation to Greek and vice-versa.
Panel setting: lounge seating. Speakers address key-note speeches and presentations from the podium, while QAs and dialogue with panels and the audience will be seated.
VIP corner: a designated area for speakers & sponsors will be available for the breaks and throughout the conference
