Session IV – Women in Leadership

It is widely accepted that women’s’ professional and personal development, often requires to bypass the confrontation of gender inequalities and the social invocation in remaining stuck in the family. To this extent, the way towards the equilibrium “Women in Leadership” becoming a difficult equation, undertaken to be developed by a team of esteemed female personalities. Scope of this session is to outlining the actual status, the perspectives, the goals and the necessary steps towards to increasing the leading roles and positions of women in the Balkans and Black Sea region.
