Siana has worked as an auditor in financial services for over 10 years, before she was appointed Chief Operating Officer for the Greek office. She has a degree in Sociology and a Minor in Political Sciences from the University of La Verne, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Fellow) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (OEL).

Siana is a member in a number of professional organisations and serves on the Board of ELEPAP (Rehabilitation Centre for The Disabled). In the past she served as a member of the Professional Standards Committee of SOEL in cooperation with the educational institutes ACCA and ICAEW.
