Scientific Committee

Scientific Committee is consisted by international or regional organizations representatives in role of Strategic Dialogue Partners (SDPs) to the Balkans & Black Sea Cooperation Forum. To SDPs capacity is the ownership and the development of the sessions (topics, speakers, moderators) including the respective session’s reports. SDPs also suggesting on consequent years’ Hosting City/Country, the Annual Headline and Forums’ Declaration.
