Mr. Marinos Christodoulides

Mr. Christodoulides studied Economics at the Athens University of Economics & Business.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). He is also a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Cyprus (IIA Cyprus) and of the International Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He has also attained the ACCA Diploma on Corporate Governance.

Mr. Christodoulides worked for approximately 6.5 years at the Cyprus Stock Exchange as Officer in the Listing and Continuous Obligations Department and also as Head of the CSE’s Internal Audit Department. He also participated and presented a number of seminars and conferences about Corporate Governance.

From 28 April 2014 until 29 February 2016 he served as independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Periferiaki SPE of Nicosia (a Cooperative Bank connected with the Cooperative Central Bank of Cyprus), serving as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committees.

From December 2006 until today, Mr. Christodoulides is the Group CFO of Latomia Pharmakas Plc. The Group comprises of a diverse portfolio of companies / businesses, located in Cyprus, Oman and Iraq.

From 3 June 2015 until 14 May 2018 he served as Vice-Chairman of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and on 14 May 2018 Mr. Christodoulides has been appointed by the Council of Ministers, as Chairman of the Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
